"This is an excellent place to stay. Walking distance to the city Marina area where there are shops and restaurants in abundance. The only demerit was finding out we needed to give $500 for a damage deposit. This was not mentioned on the Vrbo listing. Otherwise, this was superb."

"The apartment was perfect - walking distance to the beautiful centre of Vannes and the harbour. Sophie kindly met us when we arrived and gave us the key. We appreciated being able to park easily outside. The appartment was clean and very well equipped. We were just passing through Vannes on the way back to Roscoff but would love to return and stay longer. "

"Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Vannes chez Richard. L'appartement est très bien situé dans le centre ville. tout se fait à pied : la gare comme le port sont à une dizaine de minutes. L'appartement est calme, grand et bien aménagé. Et Richard a fait tout ce qu'il fallait pour faciliter notre séjour !"

"Flat was supposed to be 71m2 but it felt much smaller than that ; the “duplex” is just an attic and you almost can’t stand up there . This attic is also incredibly warm and you will suffer from heat already at 25 degrees outside. Very disappointed. Bathroom and kitchen were ok. The neighbourhood is isolated and you can’t buy anything without driving 10mn."

"In the centre of old Vannes. Energetic climb to the third floor on an old narrow spiral staircase with luggage. Four lock system along the ascent! Contacted the owner/custodian for help about Step 3 of instructions;....the "deadbolt" was really an electronic keypad. The kitchen is small with many features; ...no tongs! Ceiling light... no bulb! It's a lovely and charming Apt. ; we visited in October 2023 for 10 days."
