"Stayed over Friday-Saturday to visit friends based at the University. Brilliant hotel for 3 friends looking for clean, modern, handy city centre accommodation at an attractive pricepoint. Excellent and extremely helpful communication from the reception staff both in advance of and during our stay, spacious room, clean and fresh with great bathroom facilities, and a small but adequate gym for a quick run on the treadmill. Thank you for an excellent stay."

Despite checking in with credit card we were required to pay for each item. When leaving staff brought luggage coatkeys left in room and taxi back to pick up. Disaster rm 238"
