This beautiful lakefront retreat affords plenty of space and privacy, tailor-made for gatherings of friends or family looking to rest and restore while immersed in Lake Arrowhead's surreal natural beauty!

Enjoy lazy afternoons on the water with the help of a private dock, large oversized deck with expansive views of the lake.
This 5 bedroom home is located directly on the lake. It is great for swimming, fishing, floating, or just sitting by the fire pit and relaxing. In the winter you can enjoy ice skating, snow shoeing, snowmobiling, and ice fishing.

The main level is an open concept living area combining the dining, kitchen, and living room. The main level also has three large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a beautiful water view with separate access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed with extraordinary nature views. The third bedroom contains two twin size beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas range stove, breakfast bar, full knife set, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, cooking basics, dishware & flatware.

The first level is a junior suite with a spacious family room area and two bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds.

We have a selection of games for rainy days or nights at home. Light a fire in the fire pit near the water and enjoy views of the lake.

LOCAL ADVENTURES: Less than 40 minutes to Funtown/Splashtown, 40 minutes to Old Orchard Beach and 45 minutes to Kennebunkport. North Conway NH and outlet shopping make for a nice midweek day trip

HIT THE SLOPES: Wolfeboro Abenaki Ski Area (31.6 miles), King Pine Ski Area (26.6 miles), Castle in the Clouds (37.2 miles), Gunstock Mountain Resort (53.0 miles), and Ragged Mountain Resort (73.6 miles) to name a few.

Beautiful property with excellent hosts!
The house was absolutely beautiful, in an extremely peaceful environment. We enjoyed the kayaks and the lake and really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. This property was well worth the cost and some. We had a very minor issue which the host promptly fixed. I could not have asked for a better home and host. I appreciate you allowing our bachelor party to use the house we were blown away by its beauty. It was very close to a lot of different places, and a very quick trip to Portland. I highly suggest anyone to book this house/host. Thank you!

Peaceful Getaway
Members of our family came from 3 different states and enjoyed this beautiful home in a peaceful area of Maine. We sat on the porch playing games, paddled kayaks, used the fire pit, and soaked up some much needed relaxation time with loved ones. The house is very spacious and modern, with room for everyone. The dock area is only good for loading and paddling out as that area is covered with lily pads. If you're looking for a swim beach, you will need to paddle to a small swim beach on the lake or drive to one. The paddling on the lake is calm and serene and we did find a swim beach. We saw two bald eagles that even visited us at the house. Life on the lake is very peaceful! Don and Jessica answered any questions we had promptly. Thanks for opening your home up to us! We had a most enjoyable stay!

Amazing place. We had a group of adults and kids. It was such a great time. The house had everything you would need. The house is super clean, lots of things to do at the property! It is a little remote, but close to things if you have a car to drive a bit for great food and the beach. Highly recommend.
