"Beautiful reception area. We stayed in a family room on the ground floor. It was very spacious and clean. The corridors are in need of an upgrade but it doesnt take away from the cleanliness of the hotel, justcwear and tear. We used the swimming pool, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Had food in the Shannigans Gastro Bar, really reasonable for a family of 5. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Food was delicious. Would definitely stay again."

"Stayed here for a night and automatically thought the size of the room was much bigger than you’d normally get for a „standard” room. Place was spotless. Very pleasant receptionists. Breakfast next morning was lovely too with plenty of choices. I stayed there to have a night away for myself and only downfall was lack of channels with movies etc/ Netflix but the staff assured me they are looking to upgrade the TV’s. 5 stars "

"This hotel was lovely with large rooms and modern bathrooms. The food was a delightful surprise. The staff were attentive and kind. The only issue was our beds ..the matresses are in need of replacing...you can feel the springs"

"It had an onsite parking garage for about $10 which was amazing! They gave us the wrong room but quickly fixed the issue. I got a 2 for 1 voucher for the breakfast buffet which was excellent. Even without it’s only $18 per person. The on site bar was great but a tad pricey and closed before midnight. Also walkable to close by restaurants and pub scene. And a super short drive to King John’s castle which was cool. Highly recommended!"

"I had a great stay at the No 1 Pery Sq. The rooms are lovely, the room was warm. The bed is comfy and the shower is good. The staff are friendly, especially the night staff gentleman who was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and again the staff very friendly. My personal preference is for tea and coffee in the room, which they didn’t have but that is my only problem. The area is quiet but very close to Limerick Colbert railway station, which suited me admirably. I would stay here again."
