"Place was as described and almost perfect for our needs. The proximity to the lake was great and the dogs had a great time playing in the water. The house was well equipped and came thru in stars when we executed our lobster boil and roll making. Beds were comfy and bedrooms were spread out enough in this somewhat creaky house to keep everyone sleeping soundly. Bathrooms only on the first floor was a minor inconvenience "

"Mark’s home was lovely and comfortable for our family reunion. The hosts were very easy to access and incredibly accommodating. My young children loved the playroom and spent hours in there the first day. We enjoyed exploring the area very much. Though we had talk for 4 days, the house had plenty of room to spread out."

"Spotlessly clean. Very new room with excellent bed and furniture. Excellent breakfast buffet and very friendly staff - both at the front desk and in the dining area. They put out complimentary cookies and apple juice after dinner. Nice touch. If I ever make it back to the Maine coast, this is the place to stay. Simply outstanding hotel. "
