"The Chalet was better and nicer then described. Pictures do not do it justice. If you are going to Rogla area look no further then this Chalet. It is by far the best of the best in the Rogla area. "Very comfortable apartment, great shower room, beautifully clean, pleasant balcony in the roof, excellent location, easy parking. In high summer (33 degrees) the one air conditioning unit in the large kitchen/dining/seating area was just not up to the job and it was uncomfortably hot, day and evening. The unit in the bedroom cooled the space, so at least we could sleep comfortably. I am not sure that the hotel reads these reviews, as I notice that two previous reviewers have complained the...

"This was an amazing place to stay we could not have wished for more. Gorgeous place, all amenities, very clean brilliantly laid out and a new breathtaking view every morning. Stunning does not begin to describe the views! Local walks are in fabulous forest lots of different tracks and routes to walk/cycle. Minor issues sorted out with excellent communication from Clive.Neighbours who help look after the property, they even put our rubbish out for collection..Will definitely be returning. "

"To say this place was fantastic would be an understatement. The apartment was so new, clean, and beautiful we wished we had stayed another night (we were only passing through from Budapest to Prague). Parking is easily accesible once you send your car registration to the hotel which was tricky for us at first but we managed to find it and get it done. This was a very last minute booking and by far is the nicest place we stayed in during our 12 day European trip. Breakfast was superb as well. "

"We stayed in Berta room for 5 nights, which is on the ground floor and right next to the guest area. We could hear when other guests either came in late or left early. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is good and the staff are super friendly, Ksenija is a great host! The location is perfect!"

"Gostilna pri Janezu is a real gem. Everything was excellent, and we are certainly coming back. This is a beautifully organised modern building with tasteful decor. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The restaurant serves some amazing home cooking. The staff are kind, helpful, and multilingual, and they make sure each guest is treated like a king. Highly recommended. "
