On the Beach Penthouse

The building outdoor walls on the north & east side of the building are currently being refurbished until end of February 2025 and there are scaffoldings on that side of the building and occasional noise at undisclosed times. The south side of the building where the sea/beach has been already refurbished and no disturbances on that side. On the side where the refurbishment is made, our apartment has its kitchen and the 2nd bedroom facing that side. Our price has been adjusted to a 50% lower rate having in mind the above situation.
