"This is definitely budget accommodation, the unit was not flash and the upkeep to our unit poor, washing machine didn't spin out (leaving clothes very wet) and the door jammed making it difficult to exit (lucky we didn't have to exit in a hurry. However, if these things don't both you then the location is amazing, and there is a good variety of facilities. "A beautiful stay was enjoyed by all. No need to set the alarm, each day our morning wake up call was the goats, after a few days, you can identify each by their individual bleat! "A very comfortable, well layed out house that enabled our two families to have a great time while not encrouching on each other's space. The back yard is fantastic with ample space and play equipment for the young ones. The pool was a wonderful treat after a day of walking and exploring the area. "Our stay at Warrenbayne Cottage was exactly what we were looking for. Only 20mins out of Benalla, we were far enough away from town to feel quite serene, but with everything we needed at our fingertips. With a brilliant sized securely fenced block of land, our dogs had all the room in the world and two very friendly and tolerable Greyhounds to run around and enjoy themselves with. Mandy was an amazing host, we'll definitely be back again!!"
