The communication poor .the day i arrived at nigth they didn't let me in.No place to go,i booked in other Hotel with cost of my own pocket.Next day ,didn't have the keys,got another appt but the next day i moved to the apartment that i rented. Really bad experience. This Hotel didnt wanted give me a refund of my money yet

Mucho ruido exterior. La Srta Brenda un desastre. No atiende a las solicitudes. La segunda habitacion no cuenta con cajones o repisa para dejar la ropa. Solo hhay una barra y sin perchas!!. Reclame por las perchas y nunca las trajeron ni contestaron. TRENDY es la empresa que administra estos departamentos y son un desastre.

Buen apartamento, precio y servicio de las personas de la propiedad. No me gustó la falta de coordinación de Trendy Host con el transporte del aeropuerto. Me escribieron un correo ofreciéndomelo y después nadie se hizo cargo. Tampoco fueron claros con la información del parqueadero. En la reserva de expedia decía Parqueadero Disponible. Cuando lo necesité, me dijeron que no había y que era sujeto a disponibilidad. Tampoco informaron en la reserva que el uso de la piscina era sujeto a disponibilidad y reservación.
