la peor experiencia en alojamiento en muchos años

UN DESASTRE¡¡¡¡ La pagina dice que -tiene estacionamientos, y solo tiene una extencion de la veredad donde no entraba mi carro -Me pidieron y cargaron a mi tarjeta 1 noche de alojamiento a pesar de que ya había cancdelado a través de hoteles . com, sigo esperando la devolución o anulación de ese cargo - Que las sabanas son de algodón egipcio, lo único egipcio que quizás tienen, son los pelos que encontramos en 3 de las 4 camas de la habitación, quizás eran pelos de camellos - en el cuarto no etraban las 4 camas, se nos dijo que nuestra habitación asignada era una suite y que por una fuga nos habían dado ese espacio - Nos retiramos sin usar ninguna de las dos noches reservadas, hice el reclamo a Hoteles .com y la respuesta fue que no se hacen responsables y que el hotel no acepto la devolución. ¡¡MUY MAL HOTELES.COM He reservado en todos mis viajes a través de esta pagina y debido a esta situación, no volveré a hacerlo. No puede ser que no se hagan responsables por publicidad engañosa (10 pm con 3 niños pequeños)

Ubicación

El hotel está bien ubicado cerca del malecón, es limpio, el desayuno es lo mismo todos los días. Los colchones son viejos. El personal fue amable.

Cumpriu parte do acordado.

O apartamento nao era o contratado, tendo em vista que nao tinha ar condicionado(estava com defeito e foi retirado pra reparo), o secador de cabelo estava quebrado, o colchão nao era de qualidade, nem as roupas de cama. Mas no geral, deu pra dormir e aproveitar a cidade, pois era proximo ao centro de miraflores.

Fue una decepcionante, por suerte reserve sólo dos noches....desde que entre tenía mal olor, el piso sucio y que decir de la habitación, el tapete sucio y tuve que pedir que me cambiaran las sábanas....un asco estaban sucias y manchadas.....no lo recomiendo para nada.

Wish they had good internet in the rooms

Soul Mate Inn is a good place to stay in Miraflores, if good internet is not a top priority. The internet is fair at best, except in the lobby. The main problem is the distance from the airport. If you are going or coming to the airport allow 1 and a half hours during rush hour, or one hour if leaving near noon. The beds are not bad, and they have air conditioning. Plenty of hot water in decent bathrooms. They serve a free breakfast, more than continental. The area is not bad, but I'm not sure tourists should walk around at night. Achilles restaurant is close, left and then around the right corner. Wonderful food and good service and quiet except for the street noise.

Excelente ubicación , atención de recepcionistas sobresaliente. Hotel limpio y muy cómodo con todas las facilidades. A observar solamente el servicio de desayuno (más rápida limpieza de mesas y reposición de comida).

I got there a day after my initial reservation date, however we called the hotel and told them that I had lost my flight connection to Lima the day I was supposed to arrive there, and they said that it was no problem, that they would save my reservation for September 28,. I got there past midnight of September 28, and they told me that my name wasn't even there in their reservations record. So at around 2:00 AM that night I had to look for another hotel.

After accidentally leaving my passport in the cab from the airport, the hotel staff bent over backwards to track down the cabdriver and retrieved it for me before my flight left the following day. The entire staff was always on top of everything. Thanks especially to Esmarelda for going out of her way for me. Super job!

Boa localização e pode melhorar a recepçinstalaçõ.

O ponto alto é a localização, está perto de tudo (restaurante, bar, atrações). O café é razoável, mas no dia da minha saída eles disponibilizaram às 5 da manhã. Sugiro que a porta do quarto seja alinhada, pois está totalmente fora de esquadro. A funcionária da recepção poderia ser mais solicita. Ao chegar deu-me a chave de um apartamento que não havia sido limpo. A manipula do chuveiro caiu na minha mão, alagando o bwc.
