They made me pay three times.
Avoid this place unless you want to ruin your trip. Their booking system is a mess. Our reservation didn't seem to go through despite they've charged my credit card. We were placed in a room smaller than the one I paid for because the other one was occupied. We were required to pay again when we were about to leave. Showing them confirmation page on Hotels.com with a message saying room paid, and the processed credit card transaction history didn't work, we needed to leave to catch our flight so we had to pay for our freedoms. I've never seen the device they used for payment, after a couple try they said it didn't go though, we ended up paying by cash. After came home, we realized our credit card was mysteriously charged as well. I contacted hotels.com, they refunded me the money I paid through them, but said the owner didn't get the credit card payment (I'm not even surprised) so they can't refund that money, I will need to contact my bank to cancel the transaction to get my money back. On too if everything, the place is worn out and not cheap neither, I don't see why anyone would want to stay there given my experience.
