Rough stay
After checking in, we noticed the location does not have any central air or good air flow making the unit very hot. It was three friends and we all were unable to sleep through the temps in the unit. The shower/bathroom was gross and there was water coming on to the floor before we used the shower. Bathroom was a neon strobe light. And overall, just not a comfortable place to stay. Host was nice and responsive.

Des prestations pas à la hauteur du prix affiché, une literie pourrie, un canapé sans confort, un jacuzzi qui ne chauffe pas vraiment (pas plus de 35 degré). Une propreté à revoir. Parti avant la fin du week-end

Location DÉCEVANTE
Tout d’abord nous allons parler de notre arrivé où nous avons de suite constater que l’appartement n’avait pas été aérée. En y regardant de plus prêt nous constatons que poil, cheveux et poussières jonchent le sol sans parler du lit ! En dehors de l’hygiène, j’invite le propriétaire à faire une mise à jour des photos, canapé usé et troué, lavabo fuyant dans le meuble ou une masse d’eau stagne, pommeau de douche en kit, porte manteau à deux doigts de tomber en fonction de la charge. Concernant les équipements, le jacuzzi ne marchait pas totalement des jets étaient inactifs voir se coupaient, la température diminuait très vite ce qui limitait ce moment pour lequel vous avions choisis cette location. Le sèche-serviette et le chauffage fonctionnement une foi sur deux. La lumière disco dans les toilettes on s’en passerait. Décoration usé et kitch bref j’invite le propriétaire à remettre en fonction l’ensemble de son bien avant de le louer. Je retiendrai l’emplacement proche d’un parking pas cher et de toutes commodités essentiel à un passage sur Lille.

Propre, efficace, bien situé
R.A.S a part que le séjour fut fort agréable. Le jacuzzi était prêt avant notre arrivée, l'appartement possède tout le confort nécessaire, et vous trouverez même une connexion Netflix. Seul point d'amélioration, un petit paillasson à l'entrée. Merci Mickael !
