Appartement spacieux pour 4 personnes .
Bonne communication avec la conciergerie , des bémols sur la propreté : ménage apparent propre mais beaucoup de poussière sous les lits ,les murs pourraient avoir un petit coup de lessivage … Ce qui n’est pas mentionné dans l’annonce , les toilettes sont » en dehors » de l’appartement ,c’est à dire dans l’entrée au froid !. Donc pas du tout pratique quand vous êtes dans les chambres au premier étage ! Dernier point il n’y a que 3 chaises pour prendre les repas , nous avons du prendre celle de l’extérieur. Dernier point le parking attribué à la location ,n’était pas disponible nous avons dû gérer le déplacement de notre voiture au quotidien car pas de parking longue durée à proximité ouvert ! La localisation n’est pas vraiment centre ville mais tout peut se faire à pied . Nous avons découvert Lille qui est une ville très agréable .
