"I think the property space is great. We upgraded ourselves to 3 bedrooms villa, while it was great, it wasn't very well maintain. There wasn't much to do nearby the hotel, Shuhe old town was nearby but not really walking friendly too. However its till convenient to get a taxi or Didi to go around Lijiang main old town. "The hardware of this hotel is good but staff are not very customer oriented except for the front office manager called Candy. She's very helpful and has very good customer service skills. Avoid rooms facing entrance, its very noisy at night because other tourists are dragging their luggage onto the stone pavement right outside the entrance . Our room came with breakfast but it is not worth getting up for. The breakfast room is not inside the hotel and is down the road in another building....
