"Property was absolutely beautiful. Right on the beach and only a 10 minute drive into town.During our stay, the resort needed to do maintenance on the entire floor we were on, causing us to have to leave our original room. As soon as the property manager found out about it, she was quick to get everything figured out and make sure we had a room for the rest of our stay. Staff is super friendly and great to talk to. Everybody staying there seemed nice and friendly. Great experience."

The location is PERFECT - exactly in the middle in the island so you can go north or south and it's beautifully accessible to shops and restaurants, but there is Starbucks coffee right downstairs as well as several restaurants and bars here on site if you just want to relax and not leave the property. "Loved the location and cottage style of apartment. There are a few things that need updating (never really figured out the TV remotes). We would have loved a sheet with simple instructions and rules/regulations for the property but we enjoyed our 6 days here. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This was absolutely amazing home to stay in, especially with extended families!! So much room for everyone you’ll never be crowded. We had 11 people. It has an amazing view on two balconies. "We have been to Kauai several times but found Ohana House at Fern Grotto to be the best yet. The house was fully stocked with all the amenities, the grounds were beautiful, the additional water equipment and bikes were a huge bonus. The location was great too. Highly recommended."

"My wife and I, along with our oldest son (19 years old) stayed at this property last week for 5 nights and we absolutely loved it. The owners were easy to communicate with and did a great job of making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. They went above and beyond!! The location is great and the beach is a quick 5 minute walk down the hill. It wasn't crowded and my wife and I could literally watch our son boogie board from the back porch of the home.
