Our home is conveniently located right in between the 2 finest resorts in Kauai, the Timbers Kauai Resort, and the Royal Sonesta Resort. You're within a block, to fine dining at both resorts. Pamper yourself, you deserve it!

The 14’ ceilings and 12’ high wall to wall sliding glass doors brings the beauty of Kauai’s Kalapaki Bay into your living room. Relax in comfort with no worries and many options. Stay in the inviting and homey Hale Pali Kai or take a short walk to the beach for a swim. Perhaps tennis, a golf outing or a hike; all without getting in your car.

All 3.5 floors offers comfort and privacy including private lanais in Master Bedrooms. The Master bedrooms boast large bathrooms that open to the bedroom and offer views of the Bay and sunset as you bathe.

Great Place for Kauai
This was our second stay at this property. Louise and Kendra are super helpful. The property is super clean, modern and any issues that popped up were addressed promptly. The location is perfect, close to the airport, walking distance to beach and restaurants, short drive to costco and safeway, and equidistant driving to either side of the island for any activities you may want to do for your visit.

There are only a few homes from which you can enjoy an expansive view of Nawiliwili bay and beach. And so close to walk to everything as if you were at the resorts. The home is amazing on its own too. Luxurious and comfortable. Spacious for 3 generations to spread around.

The property is absolutely gorgeous with amazing views. Loved being able to open the floor to ceiling doors and let the outside in. Easy access to the beach and located to so many good restaurants. Only regret was not being able to stay longer.

My wife and I have visited Kauai island several times and love the Marriott resort facilities. This property is perfect because it blends the space and convenience of a wonderful property with the amenities of the Marriott resort, just a short walk away.
