An oceanfront hideaway on Kauai's Eastside Royal Coconut Coast, located between Lihue and Kapaa, the Kaha Lani Resort is on a white sandy beach with lush tropical grounds. Featuring one, two and three bedroom units with fully equipped kitchens, free wifi and parking, as well as access to barbecue areas, a tennis court, and a large oceanfront heated swimming pool.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. The location and views are excellent. The kitchen is well stocked, no salt though. The roaches and bugs on the kitchen counters and inside the cabinets were a huge negative. The service team came and placed bug traps but the bugs didn’t care much. Property manager did not respond to a phone inquiry.

Nice Quiet Retreat by the Beach
This is a good location with easy access to all parts of the island. The beach is only a short walk and the sounds of waves and ocean breeze was nice while sitting on the patio eating dinner at night.

We loved the quiet atmosphere of this neighborhood & the location both on the island & closeness to a nice beach. The condo doesn’t have AC like lots of places on the island, but it was very comfortable in January, especially with the windows open at night. We had a wonderful stay here, the condo was very well stocked & we had a very enjoyable week here!

Enjoyed the stay for sure. You can hear and see the ocean from front room and patio. Breezes blow consistently through sliding door. Location great for us as visiting family in Kapaa. Only issue being on bottom floor was some heavy walking above us.

Clean. Excellent location. Good provisions. Great pool. Meticulously kept grounds. It was exactly what i was looking for. Only minor critique would be that the instructions for check in should have been sent out sooner. Still had not been contacted at the time of check in and the property was not ready promptly at the check in time. Although when i contacted the property manager, clear instructions were given, and i didnt have to wait but a few minutes for the property to be available, so no big deal.

Location, Location, Location
We booked this unit for our recent trip to Kauai because of it's walkable proximity to Lydgate park as we traveled with our 2yo toddler and wanted to be close to a safe beach for littles, the playground at Lydgate was an added bonus. A short 1/4 mile walk will get you to the fishpond area at Lydgate a wonderful place for littles to play in the water. We also saw fish without even having snorkel gear! As for the unit; it was clean on arrival, the kitchen decently outfitted with items to cook with (we eat in abut 50% of the time when travelling to Hawaii). very well decorated and nice (but not that comfortable) furniture. Bed was comfortable and extra blankets were available for the couple nights we needed them. No AC in unit but we had nice breezes most days and if you keep the windows open it stays comfortable. Management provides things like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion and the product they offer smells SOO good. Extra toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags were a bonus, we often have to end up buying these items! They also provide coffee filters which is awesome but we made the mistake of buying some before realizing this. As we were traveling with a toddler I will also say unit does not have much for small kids. We rented a pack n play, it was very tight to get around the bedroom with it in there. We purchased a cup and some toddler plates and left them in the unit for future guests. Lanai closet well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, small cooler, etc... It was great to have these items available. No washer/dryer in unit. Community laundry was close by, $3 each to wash and dry and machines take CARD no coin. Property grounds are immaculately kept. Pool was sparkling every time we used it. Small complex, appears all units have an ocean view. People we met there were very friendly. A few roosters on property start crowing around 4am, it's annoying the first couple of days but then you get used to it. The road construction between the complex and Kapa'a means no quick trips to Safeway, you can also go do grocery shopping in Lihui but the Kapa'a Safeway is closer. Parrish Kauai does a great job managing, they communicate via text (can call if needed) and are quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo
We really enjoyed our stay at the Kahalani resort. This is a one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo without air conditioning, but lots of fans. It was easy to come and go from the property and we really enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning while having our coffee on the lanai. One thing the listing did not mention, but I think is important, is that they have beach equipment available for use. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, noodles, etc. I was concerned we would have to buy our own when we arrived, but was pleasantly surprised with the equipment that was in really good condition. The location is basically in between the north and the south shore and each day we went in either direction. The beach in front of the condo is fine to sit and enjoy, but the sea is rough there and not inviting to enter. Better down the road at Lydgate park. Great stay and we would book again.
