This charming ocean front condo is unit # 226 at the Kaha Lani Resort, which is located on Kauai 's beautiful east shore, the famous 'Royal Coconut Coast'. From the lanai of this island home, you can view the endless stretch of shoreline looking both northward and southward. There is nothing between your lanai and the ocean to obstruct the gorgeous panoramic views.

The Kaha Lani Resort was built in a quiet (off the beaten path) area, with open space on all sides. You'll find it to be one of the most peaceful areas on the whole island. Let yourself fall asleep listening to the waves of the ocean as they dance on the edge of the shoreline, and wake to unforgettable sunrises every morning looking out over the ocean. Kaha Lani translates to "Heavenly Place", and that's exactly what you'll find here.

A complete and very high end renovation was just completed on this condo, so everything inside is new. All new flooring, new kitchen cabinets, new granite countertops, new appliances, new bed, new mattress, new doors, new windows, and completely redesigned bathrooms.

One of the wonderful things about this resort is it's central location on the island. It's almost the exact mid point between the Waimea Canyon / Koke'e park west shore area, and the Hanalei / Haena north shore area. When staying here, you're at least half way to anywhere on the island you wish to explore.

In the winter months, your lanai is a "front Row Seat" for watching the humpback whales that make Hawaii their winter home. If you enjoy walking along the shoreline, the beach here stretches for miles. Within minutes of the resort, you can visit Lydgate Beach Park, Wailua Golf Course, Wailua river, Opaekaa Falls, Sleeping Giant hiking trail, shops, restaurants, and so much more.

Soak up some sun at the pool, enjoy the beach, play a game of tennis, or just do nothing at all. The memories you make while on vacation at Kaha Lani will be the ones you'll cherish for a lifetime.

Beautiful condo and beautiful views. Great place to stay.
The condo is every bit as nice as described on the website. Beautifully remodeled with upscale appliances etc. Chad, the owner, was also very accommodating and good communicator. We had a problem with the bedroom ceiling fan the first night we were there, and I messaged him the following morning, a saturday, and he had someone out there by noon to replace the fan.

Stay in wonderful pace
We loved the location and privacy this area provided. We were able to travel up to princeville and Poipu with a 30-40 min drive easily. The layout of the condo is perfect with a wonderful updated kitchen, front room overlooking the beach and bedroom with walk in closet and 2 bathrooms. It is very cozy and had lots of extras in the kitchen to use to make your meals and coffee. The balcony was nice to lounge on and watch the waves and enjoy the sunset. There is a path in front that you can walk or exercise on. Golf is close by and is a municipal course. We opted to play at the Ocean Course a little bit further away that was quite expensive but hey… you’re on vacation and it’s well worth it. We were a bit concerned without AC but we didn’t need it as the natural winds and fans in the condo are all you need. There are beach chairs and towels and snorkel gear there outside the front door in a big bin that was great to have. We had a minor issue during our stay but Chad went above and beyond to help us and made everything right. I would definitely go back and also consider staying 1/2 of my time in princeville and 1/2 of my time in Poipu next time. Overall I was very happy with my choice as a first timer going to Kauai! Thanks again Chad for everything:)

Aweek in Paradise
This is a quiet ,beautifully appointed one bedroom condo that welcomes you each morning with a spectacular sunrise.The beach extends on both sides as far as you can see. We walked and biked for miles from our unit Lydgate Beach is a five minute walk,and the Hilton is a 15 minute walk to a beach bar .Chad provides a large bin of beach chairs, coolers,toys etc. Check in was a breeze. Start to finish this was a delightful experience.

This unit was clean, well appointed, conveniently located and easily accessible second level, (half a flight of stairs). There is a nice pool and a beach with (depending on the surf) swimmable ocean. The sunrise views were amazing. And I used the complex pool for physical therapy. Perfect for us. We stayed a week, should've made it longer. Aloha and Mahalo.

Condo is like new - beautifully furnished, well stocked kitchen with new appliances. Gorgeous view of the ocean. Nice walking path that goes along the ocean to two separate beaches. We had one small issue while we were there. Communication with manager was easy and issue was quickly fixed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay at East shore condo
The condo at Kaha Lani was perfect. The condo itself was very well appointed but the view stole the show! We could not get enough of the lani that overlooked the ocean and provided beautiful sunrise vistas. We were a bit concerned that the condo did not have central A/C, but we did not need it. It was designed to take advantage of the cross breeze and we actually got a little chilly at night. It was in a location that made it easy to enjoy the whole island. We enjoyed easy drives to both the South an North shores. Highly recommend this rental!

Spectacular Sunrises

We spent 10 glorious nights. The new renovations are incredible. The unit is well appointed. The location is great as well. Midway between Princeville and the Waimea Canyon. My husband enjoyed the disc golf course that was next door. We both enjoyed the golf course on the other side. Chad, thank you for being very responsive. We would highly recommend your place.

By far, this was our favorite vrbo condo we've ever stayed at anywhere! Perfect location on Kauai to go explore the island. It's in the middle of the east coast so it's not too far to explore the north side of the Island one day and the south side on another. Condo was immaculate and completely updated. Having the extra half bath made it so nice even with only two people staying at the condo. The pool was really nice and clean along with the entire resort. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect except...
Everything about this property was perfect. I would have given it 5 stars except the bed was terribly hard and the pillows were flat. (Chad, the manager, bought new pillows and tells me he plans to replace the bed with a king this summer.) Otherwise the location was great, about half way between the north and southwest bends of the island. It's close to dining and shopping. It had all kinds of beach gear: chairs, coolers, umbrellas, beach towels. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. It was so beautiful and relaxing to watch the sunrise over the ocean from the deck. A walking/bike path along the beach was 50 yards from our door and Lydgate beach is just a 4 minute walk. We enjoyed the ocean just east of the condo without concern, but we are also good swimmers and the beach isn't more than 15ft wide there. I would definitely stay here again after the bed is replaced!
