"If you have an event at Knotting Hills, this is just down the road, 6-7 minutes away. It’s a well appointed small-ish apartment space with a kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath with shower and tub, and washer/dryer in unit. Check in was easy. Price was reasonable, but it is also November and definitely the “off season”. The only “negative” I would say is that there was a “cleaning list” for guests to do, on top of a cleaning fee. "Booked this stay for four days and tried to make it work, but the house smelled like marijuana so badly, my family could not sleep. We had to clean the house upon arrival, it had not been swept, tables not clean, dog feces all over the yard, and dust falling from the ceiling fan. We asked to be moved units but nothing was available. We left early morning after the first night and worked with the manager to get a refund, as this was not as described."
