"Wow! I only stayed one night because I’d read bad reviews saying it was noisy and full of annoying influencers. I think you pay more and get more. I was in a bungalow and it was pure bliss. Marina, my concierge, really helped me to maximise my stay and was amazing. I loved not having to fight people for sun loungers at 7am with towels. I loved how private the bungalow was. The only downside for me was I think if I stayed longer I’d come back fat, the food was amazing and all inclusive just makes you want to try things and eat lots. I’m not really a drinker, maybe one, so this was a bit of a waste for me. Gym was pretty decent but closed at 7 which is really early. Overall it was brilliant, super expensive but worth it for something special. I’ll stay longer next time I go, I think 5 nights is ideal "

"This property is amazing. It’s close to the port, walking distance to the center with all the amazing coffee shops, stores & restaurant. The staff is amazing! They are so friendly & treat you like a friend more than a client. The view of the sea is beautiful. Great A/C, elevator & breakfast. We, a family of 3 all agree it was perfect t for what we needed. I would definitely book again if I return to Heraklion. "

"The hotel was very clean and well appointed. Freshly stocked mini bar everyday & the staff were very friendly and attentive, always smiling. They gave the impression that they were as happy to be there as us. Very good choice of freshly cooked food in the buffet and the a la carte restaurants were excellent. Clean pool areas and its own private beach with plenty of sunbeds and parasols & that was cleaned each day and that had a lifeguard too."

"The private beach and sun beds are nice, beach bar and service are nice as well. There is nothing to do outside of the resort unless to take a taxi( 30 euros one way)to go to Heraklion city center "
