"The place has a great layout for two families with kids to meet up. The upper floor has two bedrooms for one family and the basement has two bedrooms for the second family. There was lots of common space on the main floor. The outdoor space was great - amazing deck. We loved this place and hopefully will be back!"

"We visited the Flight 93 Memorial and needed an overnight stay. This place was perfect. There were 3 of us so plenty of beds and 2 baths. The one bathroom and kitchen appear to be recently updated. Very nice. Would suggest having the porch light on for us late night arrivers especially in the fall when it gets dark quicker. Everything else great."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The Chalet was clean, comfortable and decorated so cute!! Our host answered any questions and gave great recommendations! There were snacks, coffee and toiletries! It was a perfect stay! I’d give it 1en stars ⭐️ if I could. We all loved the massage chair!!"

"The stay was fine but the property was up a steep rocky driveway which I wasn’t expecting and when we checked in, the front door was left open with all the lights on, and the house smelled of smoke. I thought I accidentally walked into the wrong house because I’ve never checked into a property where it seemed like there was someone already in the house. I didn’t feel safe until we looked through all the rooms and made sure the door was locked . "

"We hosted a reunion for our extended family this past weekend. The first floor was open enough that we could all be connected. The football fans took over one room, the basketball fans had the other, and the rest of us gathered to laugh and chat around the table. We even sang songs around the fire one night. The location was close to everything we wanted to visit. Definitely enjoyed our stay. "

Beautiful chalet in the Laurel Highlands

"The house was immaculate and impeccably appointed. It was much larger and spacious than it appeared in the photos. We spent the week biking portions of the GAP trail. It was so nice coming back to a nice cool house to have dinner and relax. Our golden retriever really enjoyed puppy height windows to look out of!"

"Very great communication with hosts prior to stay, cute and quaint little cabin chalet just as described. Fully supplied kitchen made for meal prep pretty easy. Bring groceries bc the area has limited options nearby. We knew this ahead of time and probably saved us time and money. "

"A gorgeous property, with many great details that are unmentioned on the website, that would be good to know in considering rental (lots of games, puzzles- also a very well outfitted kitchen with nice pantry with large cooking pots, crockpot, multiple 9x13 pans, cake and bread pans, springform pan, hand mixer, spices) which were a happy discovery for our family group of 10 who like to cook. "My family of 4, plus my parents and brother spent a weekend at the house and really enjoyed ourselves. The property is enormous and the kids enjoyed playing hide and seek in the many rooms. The kitchen is expansive and there's plenty of room for lots of cooks to all be doing their own projects. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire ring at night. "This was our third time staying at this property. We love the location as it is next to Linn Run State Park and close to Idlewild Park, Seven Springs and Fort Ligonier. The cabin is nicely maintained and always clean with just the right amount of space and amenities. The host are friendly and communicate well. We will not hesitate to stay again."
