"Difficult to understand how people have left 5 star reviews for this property. The view out the window is nice but sadly the moment you turn around you see a shabby room which doesn’t seem particularly clean. The owner was friendly but in truth I couldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Good room with a view. Fully sound proof. No noise of trains. House keeping did not clean the room the second day. They messed up the reservation, I lost fob access the second day. I booked through Expedia for two nights. They called me three times to pay the city tax, even though they had a holding deposit. Being a busy hotel, the management is not in sync with the events. "The steam and sauna was really nice on the 25th floor. The hotel itself was nice but you can hear the noise outside all night. Advised it was my birthday before our stay, but no special touch. Not much communication or friendliness with hotel staff, however room cleaners lovely. "
