"Good price-service ratio. Rooms are ok, with nice paintings on the walls, bed was confortable, breakfast great. Also good internet connection. Hotel has multiple buildings and rooms divided with keeping in mind privacy (if an issue), with lots of stores and businesses around. Parking is free, but it is near hotel and shared with other businesses and does not have surveillance cameras or guarded, although I was told that it is safe. Rooms are not smoking, but some kind of cigar scent was present....

The hotel keeps mentioning again and again soundproofing in the description of the rooms and amenities, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Unfortunately I found no proof whatsoever that this claimed "soundproofing" actually exists. "I used this hotel for the F1 Austrian Grand Prix. It’s a 16 minute walk from Graz airport and not far from a train station which is 4 stops away from the city’s main station (which is where I took a shuttle bus to the race). The location was convenient and I didn’t need to use any taxis! The customer service at the hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and there is a restaurant in the hotel which serves very good food. Beyond the F1, the hotel was a nice place to relax. The town is just a few minutes drive from the hotel, but you would defnitely need to drive there. This place is on a quiet hillside with beautiful views and clean Alpine air. It is run by a couple who are the loveliest people. The rooms are simple, yet comfy and have a balcony. The bar and the restaurant are fantastic and they give you more food than you could possibly eat. "
