There is also a separate guest toilet on this level. The lower ground floor houses two bedrooms, each with a double bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm, and a third bedroom with two single beds measuring 90 cm x 200 cm. There is also a shower room with a toilet on this level, and the apartment features wooden floors throughout.
