"It was very good stay . location is amazing all walking distance in a heart of Lille ( city centre ) breakfast wasn’t too bad !!! nice indeed !! Room clean and spacious but shower not that great !!! at arrival wasn’t any offer of drink or even a glass of water so welcoming was ok ca va !!! at the reception they were all very good & helpful especially Miss DUNIA she was so nice helpful and amazing what i didn’t like that they charged my card €200 extra deposit on the top of my room rate ) and it was no bar in my room i believe it was too much !!!! And I didn’t like Over all was a nice and pleasant stay i will stay again in hotel Carlton if am in Lille "

"Very nice location smack in the middle of the city. The car can be parked underground in a public parking about 200m from the hotel. Everything is basically walking distance. There are so many restaurants and wine bars in the surrounding area and shopping options are plenty as well. It is perfect for a weekend away or just a convenient overnight trip. The rooms are clean and cosy, the bathroom is well quipped and high quality towels are provided as well. Highly recommend this hotel and will surely stay there again for our next visit!"

"Great location for both train stations, old town and and giant shopping mall. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only thing to remember is to empty bin into chutes by reception, english translation doesn't explain this very well"

"Took me a minute as I've never checked in with a hotel computer before but it was easy. They offered a breakfast with good choices as well. We enjoyed dinner both nights at the Au Bureau Pub, it was a close walk and had great food."
