The apartment was very clean and had everything needed except there was no kettle or double sheet for the sofa bed, consequently one of my son's had to sleep with just the quilt over him. "Property was huge. Beds were very comfortable. Was only a short walk to bars and shopping and metro. Plenty of toilet roll and shampoo which was a nice touch as we were travelling with hand luggage. Communication was very good and easy to access the property. Only a few minor niggles, someone got stuck in a bedroom as the door handle came off so had to leave that door open. "Excellent flat and very spacious let down by 3 things. a). The lift has been out of order all week and known about. With the apartment on Floor 5 it was a struggle with bags especially as b). The pir lights on the stairs do not work so half way up a flight of stairs you are a darkness scrambling around for your phone as it’s literally pitch black. No windows. c). One towel for a 5 night stay - cmon - at least put in a spare. "

"I want to discuss a full refund due to the fact that we didn’t even end up staying at this flat. There were some sort of ticks and insects ALL over the beds, ceiling and walls. It was unsantitary in so many levels. The stairs were flooded and lights didn’t work."

"This property is in a quiet street in the centre of town only a short walk from the main square and bars/cafes. It has all you need for a short stay. Mohammed, our host, was responsive and did all he could to make sure our arrival went well. Be aware of the parking rules. There is on street parking but the town is very strict on timings. The will tow you away if you overstay. "
