The House
It extends over 3 floors and the 3 double bedrooms (1 of 24 m² and 2 of 35m²) have a private bathroom! You can therefore accommodate up to 6 people and you will not run out of space. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd level, and the 1st level is made up of the large living room, the dining room and the equipped kitchen.
The furnishings come from all over the world and each piece of furniture or decorative element has its own story, which the owner tells with great pleasure.
Access
The accommodation extends over the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors of a house, without elevator.
The neighborhood
The house is located at the corner of rue de la Régence, very commercial, and Rue Donceel, which runs alongside the Saint-Denis Church and its cloister. By staying here, you will quickly realize that Liège is not such a big city because everything is walkable and nothing is too far.
In 5 minutes on foot, you will reach the city's various points of interest: Place Saint-Lambert and its shopping gallery, the pedestrian center and its shops, bars and restaurants, the historic center and its access to the hillsides, the neighborhood Outremeuse on the other bank of the Meuse,… In short, you will benefit from an ideal and very central location. You won't be bored!
A few days after your arrival, you will have the same reflexes as most people from Liège.Note that you are halfway between the Theater and the Opera, that the cinemas are less than 10 minutes away on foot, that there are several supermarkets 5 minutes away (Carrefour market and Delhaize) in addition to small shops local and a gym is also very close.
Transportation
Do you travel most of the time on foot? The city is small enough to be able to explore it on foot and have access to all points of interest.
By car, there are few spaces in the neighboring streets, but we recommend the Saint-Denis car park which is 100m away.
By bus, nothing could be simpler: Place Saint-Lambert (hub of the public transport network) is a 5-minute walk away.
By train, there are three stations in Liège (Liège-Guillemins, Liège-Carre and Liège-Saint-Lambert), the best known is Guillemins.
Welcome
Someone from the agency will come to your accommodation to welcome you (often accompanied by the owner), give you the keys, take inventory and share with you their good deals in Liège!
Attention:
The rent includes a flat rate of charges. The meters will be read at check-in and check-out and the difference will be retained from the deposit.
When booking, please indicate the number of rooms you wish to occupy. Please note that the rental price for 1-2 people is equivalent to occupancy of 1 bedroom, 3-4 people is equivalent to occupancy of 2 bedrooms, 5-6 people is equivalent to occupancy of 3 bedrooms, regardless of the number of people.
Energy consumption:
Consumption of 4€/night of gas and 1.67€/night in the rent mentioned. If your consumption exceeds the package mentioned above, an adjustment will be applied. Meter verification at entry and exit is planned based on current energy market prices.These will be adapted during the stay according to changes in the prices applied by energy suppliers. Energy costs are currently very high in Belgium.
Bail
Please note that the deposit amount varies depending on the length of your stay, based on the following criteria:
For a stay of less than a week, the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent amount.
For a stay of 10 days or more, the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent amount.
For a stay of one month or more, the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent amount.
For a stay of 6 months or more, the deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent.
For a stay of one year or more, the deposit is set at 2 months' rent.
Long stay cleaning fees
For reservations over 6 months, an additional fee of €60 is required for end-of-stay cleaning services .
