You can find everything you needed, a plus point to the laundry facilities, it was really good to have a dryer especially when we are travelling in winter time. "This is easily our favourite hotel in the world. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and newly renovated. When they found out it was our 50th wedding anniversary, they upgraded us to a lovely room overlooking the river, with a balcony. Every dish we ate in the restaurants was delicious. A special nod to Anna who took such good care of us on the first evening! "

"Lovely Hotel within walking distance of the sites. The room is spacious and modern and very clean. There is however no space for the luggage or drawers for your clothes. A bench by the bed would help. "

"Great stay. Reception staff very friendly and professional. Hotel was very clean and had a lovely smell when you entered through the doors. Very comfortable bed. Only downside and this is the same with all European hotels, only English speaking channels on the TV are the news. Hotel is very convenient for the train station and is only a short walk in to the old town. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if i return to Salzburg "
