"Overall, a very good hotel in a very convenient location. The stay was very pleasurable. The only problem we had was the way the staff treated us in the breakfast hall full of guests. My wife took one of those honey sachet in her plate while having breakfast. However, she didn’t feel like having it then so decided to take it with her to have it later. "I had an amazing time at this Ameron property. The room was amazing, the service was excellent and delightful and the staff are top notch. We had an electrical outage and the hotel's staff came to the recue right away to remedy the issue. All around a great experience - I highly recommend staying at this hotel and will absolutely return the next time I visit Zurich. "
