"The house is located only steps away from the beach, stores and restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, and had nice extras such as a large second floor balcony, barbecue and beach umbrellas. Manuela was very helpful and responded to requests quickly. Check in and check out were smooth and apartment was exactly as presented in the posting. Overall a great place to stay while visiting Santa Maria Navarrese!"

"Wir waren Ende Mai / Anfang Juni in dem Apartment von Marco. Von Anfang bis Ende waren wir mit der Kommunikation mit Marco vollstens zufrieden. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig, in der Nähe des Strandes. Man hat einen großem Garten und eine überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattete Küche. Sowie eine große Terasse. "The apartment is great with air condition, fully equipped, a very nice terrace with a roof and a huge second terrace just over the street with a clean and nice pool. "Stayed 10 nights here and used it as a base. It was a lovely apartment, had everything we needed. Communication with Stefano was really easy and he was responsive. We managed to get through even though we don't speak Italian very well!!!! Location was good. A short walk down the hill and there were lots of eateries, gelateries, and a lovely beach.
