"We had a difficult day travelling to Ravenna; we arrived only 10 minutes before the front desk closed at 8, and had to walk there because we couldn't find a cab. The staff was very understanding and stayed late so they could check us in. "Room was clean and spacious. Patio was relaxing, and foyer lovely. Breakfast vouchers to nearby cafe were provided since staff were limited.
