If I were being picky I'd mention that the rooms corridor is a bit noisy - as an old building...

"Really nice inside just the transport links to the location were not ideal. Should try and have a car if staying here. The beach nearby was dirty and there were few businesses open nearby. However, the actual hotel was lovely its just the area surrounding it wasn't ideal."
