"Poor service at checkin, had to fight to get the copy they took of my passport at checkout. Room was infested with ants so we could not have food in room and the air conditioner would not work. Asked for a new room but was denied, refused refund so we could check into an actual hotel but were told they have a no refund policy. Do not stay here especially when you can stay at another hotel very close for $10 more a night."

"The hotel was in need of renovation, lots of decorations were in poor condition, rooms were outdated and poorly maintained. The staff were super and always pleased to help, but they were understaffed. The meals were not very good, and the buffet was exceptionally poor. Breakfast was not even continental breakfast. Evening meal was badly prepared and the choices were limited to two types of pasta , fish and occasionally chicken. Salad selection was scarce and no chilled section. Desert was none...

"An absolutely beautiful place to spend nine days. Maria is charming and friendly, the little apartment was beautiful and well kept. The pool is lovely! We'd never thought of renting a place with a pool but this was a bonus. We especially appreciated how helpful Maria was, no matter what time we called her for assistance, and when we had trouble arranging shopping, she stepped in to help immediately. "I stayed for 1 night at Villa Tina. I had a pleasant stay, mainly due to the very friendly atmosphere from the family that owns the place. Nicely decorated and the food is good. The distance to the town centre is about 10 minutes by foot which I thought was alright. The reason why I give the hotel a bit low scores is because it feels a bit run down, the toilet in my room was working very poorly and I couldnt really use the pool because it looked quite dirty. "Beautiful pools and property but terrible wifi, dishes were filthy. Requires car to get around - restaurants are within walking distance but the walk to anything, including bus stops, is extremely steep and requires that you are in good shape (preferably not lugging around small children). "We had a wonderful 2 night stay here. The view was fantastic- we had a corner suite with a view of the sea. The front desk was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and organizing a taxi for our early morning departure. We highly recommend this property!"

"Our overall experience was great. All the desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up the room. My only complaint is that there was no air conditioning available to cool down the room at night when I’m sleeping and was suggested that I just open the sliding door. The problem with that was that the noise coming from the street outside was so loud so we had a hard time sleeping. With NO airflow in the room when closed that was not very dood. I wanted to speak with a manager but didn’t get a chance to. Also the fact that I paid more money just to get an ocean view then there was no air conditioning was a little bit disappointing. Again overall was great I just wish that they should’ve offered some sort of compensation/refund for the inconvenience."
