"Our stay was around when Helene Hurricane came through, Sept 27, 2024. The power was out so the cleaning person wasn't able to finish their task prior to our check in. However, there were clean linens and towels in the basement next to the washing machine. We also had trash bags, clean dishes and running water but no power. The cabin was nicely located in Seneca which wasn't far from the university. The cabin was also easy to find. "

"Katie was very communicative and the property was beautiful. There was some trash around the trees, but the outside sitting area and pod were clean and cozy. Being on the river was really nice and we would definitely visit again! "

"Rhonda and Lou have created a wonderful place and it makes for an incredible stay. They are welcoming and kind on top of it!The property is extremely clean and neat with nice touches and an amazingly comfortable bed! The screen porch and swing bed are a slice of heaven and the location is central to everything you'd want to do in the area with groceries and wonderful hikes all within a 15-20 min drive.
