"Amazing cottage, I stayed in Breeze by myself. Roomy, breeze through the windows was amazing, view is amazing. Short walk to beach, right down the hill, no beach chairs though. Owners were responsive when I had questions or needs. The driveway is steep and taxi's can not drive up, so just be mindful of that, you gotta lug everything up that so pack accordingly. I had a local that did my driving and tours which allowed me to fully relax. Beautiful island and property. Bed was comfortable!...

"Omg 1st let me say the host was amazing. She even arrange a driver who was great #Deon aka Mr Antigua. He definitely showed me around .. my lil apt away from was just so amaxing and relaxing . I will definitely be back..."

"The property location is great. You need a car. Around there are nice dining options and beaches. Property is relatively quiet though you can hear your neighbors very clearly. The host was communicative and attentive. However the bed was so soft and uncomfortable and there wasn’t hot water for us- we stayed at G3 but host mentioned that someone is coming to fix it today. "

"It was in a convenient location with lush greenery and fruit trees all around. There had been quite a bit of rain recently so grounds were not as professional as I expected. Proprietors were kind and friendly and made me feel at home/ It is a work in progress"

"The resort, rooms, grounds and pool were well taken. Are if and very clean. The beach was spectacular, cleaned daily and great chairs and Impella. The location was also a plus, as it was close to everything. Maybe due to being the off season, but the lack of restaurant was the only challenge. Now, ROTI KING in St. John’s was the best. As we like the local food and not the “posh” tourist restaurants. But that just us."

"We had the best time at Neem View. Our 2 bed apartment was spacious and well equipped. We loved the pool and used it many times over our 3 week stay. It is useful to have a car but there is a supermarket and a couple of local restaurants you can easily walk to. Its location in Falmouth harbour is fantastic with so much to explore! "The cottage is very well designed with quality fittings-great bed .It would have been 5 star but for the construction work next door and in the general area,plus be aware that the appartments are part of a larger house and is an immediate adjoining unit whuch looks right into our windiws-problem if you have inconsiderate tenats who turn their sunbeds directly to Starlight -we had to lower the sunshade to get privacy .which sits in front of Starlightand their"

"We had a wonderful holiday in the spacious Nonsuch Bay apartment. We knew the area would be quiet as it’s off season which suited us well for a much needed break from the usual hustle and bustle. "The property itself, cleanliness, property owner, and help were a 10/10. The only notable complaint is that the beach on-property was essentially uninhabitable, as it had stagnant water with a lot of bugs. We expected more swimmable beach with waves. "

"Neil was great and very helpful. Place was very nice. Fully equipped kitchen. We were able to have family dinners a few nights. Beds very comfortable. I Bought laundry detergent and washed towels and clothes while we where there. No dirty clothes to take home :) Beautiful views and the beach was within steps from our front door. I would rent a car because taxis can get very pricey."

"This remote, beachfront hotel is great if you want solitude and peace and quiet. The beach itself is OK but there was a lot of debris. The apartment was clean, tidy, but not well equipped for everyday cooking. We had to buy quite a lot of kitchen equipment. Neil and the staff were very helpful. Although there are 2 restaurants within walking distance they are not always open and you need to book in advance. I would recommend a car, if staying here, so that you can shop for supplies and explore...

"We loved the privacy, and watching all the birds and lizards which came right up to the veranda. The saltwater pool is short walk up the hill and is occasionally used by our hosts, and possibly 2 other guests. The kitchen had starting groceries including coffee, tea, bread, butter, jam and even rum. The bathroom also had a few extras. The outdoor shower was lovely. "Very nice and well kept property. Staff is friendly and helpful. My only concern is that there was no social activities on the premises. A small diner serving breakfast would be great. A BBQ at the poolside would be nice. An evening of culture with steelband music would be nice"

"From check in to check out, the staff here are friendly and welcoming. The food, whether at their a la carte restaurants, magnificent buffet, or less formal coffee and bbq spots, was exceptional. Thanks to the efforts of their lead Events coordinator, Ann-Marie, there is never a lack of things to do or enjoy. The grounds and the facilities are exceptional. Some of the rooms have quirky electrical issues as well as could use some bathroom upgrading, but otherwise this resort is exceptional in every sense."
