"Location Location Location! Crowning a mountain in stunning wilderness, surrounded by walking paths, quaint villages and ancient castles and churches, it's a beautiful place. Welcomed by the owner, Torsten, who grew up here and whose family ran it before him. As a solo traveller, he went out of his way to make me welcome, even walking down into a local village with me for dinner one night. If you want German culture, landscape, food and hospitality, stay here."

"The entire experience was fantastic and We highly recommend this hotel. The owner was very friendly and helpful, she even gave us an emergency number to reach her if we needed it. The dinner was one of the most delicious we have eaten in a hotel. In addition, there are numerous hiking paths leading from the hotel as well as different options, bus, train, or hiking, for traveling to nearby Oybin. "

"Sechs Tage Urlaub zu viert im Zittauer Gebirge und wir hatten uns ein tolles Ferienhaus gesucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Ruhige Lage, tolle Parkmöglichkeiten für beide Autos, super ausgestattete Küche. Wir konnten uns beim abendlichen Kochen austoben und in den bequemen Betten erholsamen Schlaf finden. Kleine Abstriche hatten die Bäder. Wir hatten extra nach zwei Bädern gesucht, leider hat das untere Bad ein Mini Waschbecken, dass weder waschen noch Zähne putzen ohne großes Wasserbad...

"Wir waren 3 Tage hier und haben uns von Beginn an wohlgefühlt, durften in einem wunderschönen Appartement wohnen mit allem Komfort. Frank und Patrice sind exzellente Gastgeber, immer zu einem Gespräch bereit und geben viele Tips für Unternehmungen, Geographie, Geschichte der Gegend. Frühstück ist sensationell 😀 und liebevoll arrangiert. Essen war auch gut. Herzlichen Dank für die fürsorgliche und nette Gastfreundschaft. Astrid und David"

We paid the booking in full at the moment of the booking, but the guests couldn't use it and to receive accommodation. "The flat was splendid when we arrived. The puytloun hotels itself where the key was obtained was a paradise when we saw it. We didn't know about pytloun prior to the trip. Only issue we had with the apartment there wasn't ventilation prior to our arrival and the whole place had a little smell from the bathrooms. The apartment in itself is an Amazing place to live for a trip. I'd recommend the windows, maybe one, be a little opened before arrival of guests. But It was a lovely place"

"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. I arrived at hotel very tired from long trip the check in fiasco took over...

"Great place for a family stay. From the minute we arrived we felt at home. The accommodation was very spacious, with a nice garden (fenced, so that our dog could enjoy the grass). The beds were also very comfortable. Our host was also provided a small welcoming gift for the dog, and while we haven't seen her, we could always reach her father, who lived nextdoors and was also very helpful."

"Super friendly and welcoming staff... particularly Natalie at reception. Breakfast spread was quite diverse, delicious and satisfying. Our son is a professional volleyball player for Dukla Liberec, and the arena was very convenient to get to... thanks for the wonderful stay!"

"Cool design of rooms, beautiful view from our room to the Jested mountain, and good breakfast. Very pleasant staff. The only issue I had, was the check in: it wasn't clear until when is the reception open. Downloading yet another app and filling forms with information I already have in my Expedia profile, while waiting on a very hot lobby was a bit annoying. "

Hotel is maybe a 6/10 Max. Internet is horrible.
