Ideally located in the center of Lézignan-Corbières. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and stove, and opens onto a 30m² terrace. The living room has a sofa and a large dining table. This room also has electric shutters to keep the room cool in summer. The house offers two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the first floor, there's a garage - perfect for a town house! Carcassonne and Narbonne are 30 minutes away by car. Gruissan Plage is 40 minutes away and Béziers 50 minutes.
Important notes: During the COVID-19 epidemic, we ensure the cleaning and hygiene of the accommodation, following the recommendations of the official government health measures website. Late arrivals and departures are possible at extra cost. On arrival, you'll find all you need for your vacation: washing-up liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, detergent and sponges. Household linen (tea towel and bath mat) is included. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, as our customers generally prefer to save this cost, which would be automatically included. However, we do offer a complete set of bed and bath linen as an option. For this accommodation, please contact us for the price. It can be ordered and paid for after booking. A mandatory “intermediate cleaning” package is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. However, the house must not be left dirty when the tenants leave.
