The stone house (135m2) fully renovated with quality materials is situated in a quiet area 150m from the beach and downtown.

She understands :
 On the ground floor, kitchen (14m2) fitted in L with furniture of great brand, table and 6 chairs, dining room (35m2) with table 12 people and 6 chairs, 2 sofas, 4 armchairs, a big ottoman for 2, TV , DVD player, internet wifi, laundry (9m2) with washing machine, dryer, shower with jets and toilet.

1st floor, 2 bedrooms (12m2) parquet oak avec1 160x200 bed, bedside tables, large wardrobe and TV, bathroom (5m2) teak flooring, large shower with Italian (1,20mx1m) with multifunction jets, basin and WC .

On the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms (11m2), oak flooring, one with 1 double bed 140 and 2 beds 90, bedside tables and wardrobe and the other 1 bed 140 and 1 BZ 140, wardrobe and bedside tables, bathroom ( 5m2) teak parquet, bathtub (1,70m), washbasin and WC.

Facing south, the garden with wooden terrace 25m2 invites to rest and will delight children and animals A pergola covers the living room garden 12 people. You will also find sun loungers, barbecue and ping-pong table.
WE RENT ALL YEAR.
PRICES ARE DEGRESSIVE ACCORDING TO THE SEASON AND THE NUMBER OF TENANTS (EXCEPT IN SUMMER PERIOD)
Prices range from 350 € for 2 people in low season to 1200 € for 12 in Very High season.

Great stay, great location, lovely and helpful hosts
A lovely town with all the facilities needed. Perfect location for visiting the area. Property was great, clean and comfortable and superbly equipped. High standard of decorations and a lovely garden. Nicole and Bernard(our hosts) were superb and there when we needed them and took us shopping for great sea food and wonderful fresh farm produce. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great holiday.

Découverte de la Bretagne
Le séjour était idéal, Nicole et Bernard sont présents dès qu'on a besoin de quelque chose. Le gîte est très grand, très bien équipé et nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. C'était parfait et en plus la situation est idéale car il y a des sites magnifiques à voir tout prêt. Superbe séjour.

Tolles großes Haus mit sehr viel Platz und schönem Garten
Wir waren 2 Wochen in Lézardrieux und haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz für viele Leute. Wir waren zu viert und konnten uns dort sehr gut erholen. Nicole und Bernard sind außerordentlich freundliche Vermieter. Ich kann das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Nicole et Bernard m’ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux. Ils sont très serviables. Mes 2 chihuahuas ont été acceptés sans problème et ont pu profiter de cette belle maison. Maison spacieuse, propre, bien agencée et située dans une impasse très calme. Cuisine lumineuse et très bien équipée. Grand jardin fermé et bien entretenu. Wifi stable et performant. Je recommande fortement.

Sejour du 2 au 9 septembre 2023, chaleur incroyable en Bretagne!
Nicole et Bernard sont charmants et leur location parfaite. Rien ne manque, tout est très propre. Ils sont discrets mais à la disposition de leurs locataires. Néanmoins la perte de leur chien à notre arrivée les a tant attristés que nous ne les avons guère vus. Location à recommander.

TRES BIEN ET TRES PRATIQUE
Ce fut pour nous un retour dans cette petite ville que nous connaissions déjà bien. Cette maison a grande capacité d'accueil, à fortiori dans notre cas pour 4 personnes, correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes pour la tranquillité de chacun. Maison bien aménagée et bien équipée, elle comprenait de plus, un joli jardin clos de toutes parts, idéal pour notre chien accepté en ces lieux. Enfin, les charmants propriétaires de la maison ont gentiment acceptés que nous puissions stationner notre petite remorque dans leur cour qui jouxtait la location. Très bon séjour !

Séjour à Pleurtuit chez Nicole et Bernard
Gîte très agréable. Hôtes charmants avec lesquels nous avons passé de très bons moments. La localisation nous a permis d'aller sur l'ile de Bréhat, visiter la vallée des Saints et nous émerveiller sur la côte de granit rose. Ne pas hésiter à séjourner chez Nicole et Bernard !

Un super week-end prolongé
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette grande maison. Pour ce week-end en famille et entre amis, nous avons été très content de cette location. Les propriétaires nous ont reçu très chaleureusement. Ils sont très avenants, arrangeants et serviables. Toujours de bon conseil. La maison est top. Nous étions 6 adultes et 5 enfants (de 15 à 10 ans). Il y a vraiment tout le nécessaire pour bien y vivre. La localisation est également très bien. Nous avons pu nous balader sur les sentiers et rejoindre Paimpol rapidement pour aller a Bréhat. Bref une belle expérience, a renouveler.

L'accueil des propriétaires a été très chaleureux. La maison est trés agréable, bien équipée et bien située La cuisine est lumineuse et donne sur le sud. Très bonne literie. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et le chien était ravi.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjours de 4 jours en famille dans cette maison très agréable et bien située .
