"We came to the area to see my Dad and all stayed in this great house. The layout is ideal for any size get together. Great kitchen and dining area - had everything we needed. Great layout for relaxing and watching TV too. Lots and lots of towels and places to hang them, spacious bathrooms. A bit cold for us to enjoy this time of year - but the deck and fire pit are awesome. My teens and 2 dogs enjoyed seeing the cows and goats. A really special property - we will return!"

"Loved staying in a home with old charm yet new comfy features. Close to downtown mansfield where we found great restaurants and bars also checked out the carousel. Fridge is smaller , we just put water and drinks on porch since it was cold out. But if it is warm might want to bring cooler. We found xtra chairs in the closet for the table and to be out on porch, so that was nice. Thanks for a memorable weekendBuButbwarmer"

"Within a charming exterior, the rooms remarkably spacious, recently renovated, and meticulously clean. The property is quiet, and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. The inclusion of a piano, coffee maker, and a comfortable couch in front of a large TV made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is a short walk to Ashland University and a short drive to parks and trails. We’d love to stay here again!"

There were some holes in walls that looked as if they were caused by doorknobs, but other than that it was perfect for a quick trip. We are already discussing booking it in the summer for fishing, kayaking, etc. "

"This school house was just perfect. Walked inside and the lights were on which is so nice to walk into a space that already feels Welcoming. Next we really appreciated was that all the switches were labeled. No guess work here. The space was so clean and beautifully decorated.
