Awesome home away from home in Lexington!
The entire house was clean and well kept! The owners provided an extremely helpful online guide that had information on different local restaurants and entertainment. The beds were so comfortable and spacious! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if we are in Lexington!

Perfect for the family!
This house was not only immaculately clean, but there were thoughtful touches throughout to make our stay a breeze - a full set of ALL the spices, cookware, extra towels, etc. The ping pong in the basement was a bonus and a great way to get everyone moving on a rainy day. We may not have been in our home for Christmas, but we felt very much at home in this adorable house!

We were a party of 4 in town for the Kentucky Derby. This house suited our needs perfectly. 4 large bedrooms provided plenty of sleeping space. House was absolutely spotless and nicely decorated. Very convenient to downtown. Communication with the host was excellent. They even went above and beyond to return an item when one of our party left a jacket. 5 stars, highly recommend!

The property is beautiful and easily accommodated my group. From start to finish Seth was available to answer questions and make the stay smooth. We were in town for the bourbon trail which was a short 30 min drive. Anything we wanted to do in town was a short drive or Uber ride away. We would absolutely stay at this property again

Convenient Clean Wonderful Stay
We had a family reunion in KY and chose this instead of several hotel rooms. It was fabulous. Lots of room - clean - close to a Walmart for groceries etc. The owners were GREAT to communicate with and made us feel welcome. kitchen was good size for food prep for everyone. Beds were very comfortable. Easy check in and check out. We would stay again!!!

This place was just great! Super clean, great bedrooms and the location was perfect for exploring Lexington. I cannot say enough about our host Seth. We were fully informed of the property before arrival with great tips and ideas suited to our visit. He had regular check-ins with us to ensure our stay was going well. Graduation Weekend
We were in Lexington for our son’s graduation. We had a great stay!! Seth was a great host and was easy to communicate with. The house was perfect and exactly what we needed. We had plenty of space. We all said it gave the vibes of my grandparents house in St. Louis which is a major compliment. We will suggest staying here for anyone looking for a place.

We were so impressed with our stay here for the weekend. The location is perfectly located near Kroger field and downtown Lexington. The house is so cute and spotless. The communication with Seth was top notch. He checked in frequently to make sure we didn’t need anything. Check in and out was easy. The beds were so comfortable. If we ever came back to Kentucky we would sure rebook!

The home is clean and spacious. It was more space than we needed for 3 people (4 local family would visit for meals and visiting). Large kitchen. Kitchen very well stocked. Nice linens and towels. Huge basement. Older neighborhood. Very quiet. Ping pong was a great addition. Will rent again.
