Located on the historic farmland of William Warfield guest will #LiveLikeALocal by being 20 minutes from Keeneland & the Bluegrass Airport, 15 minutes from Kroger Field, & 5 minutes from Rupp Arena! Enjoy your morning coffee on our cozy porch or even cocktails in the aesthetically pleasing back yard by our firepit. We have no doubt that you will feel at home!

Where Urban meets Bourbon is where you will find this cool and cozy home. Newly renovated, our property is located on the outskirts of downtown of Louden Ave. our property resides on the original farmland of William Warfield. The Meadows was an operable horse farm in the 1800’s and home of the infamous race horse Lexington. If you pay close attention, you may just see him all around town.

Warfield Manor Guests will be dazzled by this fashionable and freshly renovated unit. With ample amounts of storage, stellar décor, and Kentucky pieces throughout, guests will live like a true Lexingtonian while being surrounded by a comfortable, classy, and entertaining friendly property.

Featuring 4 bedrooms & 3 baths. Warfield features two en-suites with king beds, one located on the first floor and the second is located upstairs. The home also has granite counter tops, brand new appliances, beautiful vinyl plank flooring, amazing back patio, large backyard, Roku T.V. in every bedroom, well stocked kithcen, pingpong table, firepit, spacious yard and wireless internet.

Warfield Manor has two en-suites. One on the first floor and the second is on the 2nd floor, each bedroom also features a King bed. Upstairs also features 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds and a hall bath.

An iron and ironing board come with this unit for all of those important events and photos. Residents will also enjoy heat and air conditioning during their stay. We love furbabies, so reach out to find more information on our pet policy! This property also includes parking! Guests are easily able to access Lexington's finest attractions and experience multiple aspects of this diverse city.

This house was wonderful and a perfect place for an overnight stay with a group! Just a couple miles from Rupp and we took an Uber everywhere. The house was very nice and had everything we needed!

While in Lexington for work, our crew of 4 stayed at this wonderful home. It was spacious, clean and quiet. A great place for a family or a workgroup like ours. The location was great and safe. The bedrooms are great with comfortable beds and pillows. A few food items on the floor that the housekeeper didn't get, but it wouldn't deter me from staying here again. Overall, I would definitely book this one again!

The house was perfect for our family wedding weekend. Rather than rent 4 hotel rooms, we stayed at the Manor. Our family was able to visit, have snacks, make tea and great memories at the house. This would have been difficult to do at a hotel. Lovely house with the most comfortable bed!!!

Wonderful stay
I have a large family and we needed to have a place to celebrate the holidays! Every person who entered the home was blown away about how adorable the home was. Anything we needed was there or a quick drive away. The home was already beautifully decorated for Christmas! The layout was perfect for four families to stay as well as plenty of living and visiting areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our time! I strongly recommend this home for your family!

Very nice house towards the end of a court made for a nice quiet stay for our group of 6. The house itself is adorable. Updated, comfy and well-appointed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again. Location was good for UK activities. Neighborhood is not as cute as the house.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is very spacious and beautiful. Our teenagers enjoyed the Roku televisions in every room. The beds were comfy. The kitchen is super nice and well stocked. We enjoyed the little chocolates on our beds. The neighborhood seemed to be very safe and quiet.

This house is much larger inside than it appears outside - we had 7 people and never did we feel crowded. The beds are very comfortable, and the linens are nice. The kitchen has everything one needs - from coffeepot and supplies to spices and olive oil. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the showers is a very lovely touch. We would absolutely stay here again if we're ever back in Lexington.

Overall this was a great stay. Each room had separate geating and cooling system which was great. Towels for every bathroom were clean and ready to us. Coffee, candy, and a bottle wine was provided. That was a really nice touch. The home is a classic that was remodeled to bring up to date! Very nice interior and exterior. Our family loved it. Would stay again when going to KY. Thank you all.

The place was everything we needed. The host was very good with his communication. House was very clean. House looks small from outside but once inside it was more than enough space for 6 adults. We cooked each day, one thing I would suggest is maybe larger frying pans. The bonus was the individual heating systems for the upstairs bedrooms. I would recommend this home to families and friends. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.
