"When we enter the hotel and the receptionist told us we would have to wait because the room was not ready. We arrived at 4:00 so I couldn’t understand why the room was not ready. She never checked back on us as we sat in the lobby and she proceeded to wait on other guests. My brother had to get someone else to help us."

"We got in very late and left right after breakfast in the morning. Staff was kind and helpful (even called us when they noticed we dropped something so we didn’t lose it!) Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. We’ll stay here again!"
