Your family and friends are guaranteed to stay entertained in our 4,500 SF home! We have 2 large living rooms for your group activities, as well as private areas to sneak away for some peace and quiet. We also welcome you to bring up to 2 dogs so they can enjoy the family vacation as well!

PETS
- We welcome up to 2 dogs, up to 50 lbs. each (prefer 1 year old and older/ potty trained & well behaved).
- Pet fee is $250/ per stay for up to 2 pets
- Owners must clean up after their pets and pets must be leashed if they are outside
the fenced in yard.
- Dogs must be crated or kept in an enclosed area while owners are off site
- We provide pet beds, blankets, waste bags, leashes and food/ water bowls in
addition to a pen.

We know your vacation time is valuable and we appreciate that you chose to stay with us! We offer a 24 hour cleaning guarantee upon arrival. If there is anything of concern about your stay, we will do everything we can to resolve it as quickly as possible.

- Strict quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM
- Pet friendly w/ $250 fee per booking (dogs only, 2 max., 50 lbs. max)
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Pool heating at $50/ day per guest request (operated by Host).
- Signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 48 hours of booking.

- This 3-story home requires stairs to access
- Your safety matters! This property features 4 exterior security cameras located at the front door facing the driveway, the front of the house facing the street, the garage facing the driveway and at the detached garage facing the corner of the barn. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into and interior spaces or our backyard. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion.
