Summary:
This luxury 5 bedroom / 3 bathroom home was fully renovated in 2020. Conveniently located in the Southland community close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Located approx 10 minutes from UK Campus, 15 minutes to Keeneland, 250minutes to the horse park and 40 minutes to the Ark encounter. Our home is equipped with brand new kitchen and baths and set up with dual living spaces upstairs and down. The bedrooms are equipped with luxury memory phone mattresses that will surely delight!

Ark Encounter
What a lovely home we stayed in for our trip to Kentucky to visit the Ark. So clean, comfortable and cozy - all we could ask for. Everybody enjoyed the hot tub and hosts were wonderfully accommodating and helpful! Highly recommend and hope to be back some day.

Wonderful Stay!
We had a great stay at this property! It was a lovely home with everything we needed! It was clean and, had plenty of space for everyone! We really enjoyed having the hot tub! Annual Cousins Bourbon Trip
Cousins gathered from all over for our annual bourbon trip to Lexington. Everyone loved the house! It was very clean, well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Seth was great about checking in and making recommendations on places to eat and check out in the area. Very quite neighborhood and conveniently located. We would definitely recommend and hope to be back again next year.

We spent over a week at the house and it was great. We all slept well on tempurpedic mattresses (3 king beds!). Having bedrooms, baths and living areas on both floors was great.

Our family stayed at this house while in Lexington for a family wedding. It was a perfect option for our group, ages 68-1. The location was perfect with ample parking, the house was clean and supplied with everything we needed! Seth was a wonderful host! Loved the updated home and location!
Don't hesitate to rent this tastefully updated home. The layout which includes 5 bedrooms and 3 baths was ideal for our family of 6 adults. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance from a nearby park and water park. We enjoyed our coffee in the mornings on the backyard patio and the hottub on cool eveings. We were in close proximatey to Keeneland horse track and fantastic dining options in downtown Lexington and Chevy Chase.

The 5 full bedrooms and 3 full baths served our large family (6 adults and 3 large teens!) well. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. The hot tub was marvelous. Best of all, we had a few minor issues and the hosts were there immediately to address them. Great place to stay.

Great location
This property was perfect for our family. Quiet residential area, lots of room for guest and lots of convinces around. Loved the updated interior with classic charm. My kids found a fantastic park just a walk down the street so that was a bonus. We only spent 3 nights but we're in a good location so drive to the Arc, the mammoth caves and Louisville. Would definitely recommend.
