Beautiful home in great location. Convenient to downtown and 15 minutes to KY Horse Park.
Clean, very comfortable beds! Easy check in and great communication. Would highly recommend!
This was a fantastic place and accommodated us perfectly. Property managers were very organized and easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Lexington.
Amazing home, great location, perfect interior layout, spotlessly clean host was great communicator and available to answer any questions during our stay
Would love to stay at this home again
Great place. Everything is new and the location is perfect. Owner was easy to communicate with and eager to please. Went with a group of couples for Keeneland and it was just what we were looking for.
Great stay for 12 family members for UK graduation weekend. Excellent location- walk to Rupp easily. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and great kitchen and living room floor. Elevator made it easier to move luggage and cooler. Highly recommend!
This house was perfect for my group of groomsmen with their significant others. The host was very accommodating and flexible. He allowed us to check in early which was much appreciated with so many people coming in from out of state. The house itself is beautiful and clean. I would definitely stay at this house again in the future.
8 couples stayed for a visit to Louisville & Keeneland racetrack, plus we had a dog. House was very clean with lots of amenities. Nice courtyard for the dog. Elevator was nice to get everyone’s luggage/food to the floors. Only had a Keurig, so we did buy a coffee pot. Plenty of hot water for everyone. Wished we had TVs in the bedrooms. Parking is an issue as we had 2 passes & was able to park 2 vehicles in the garage. However, had a car without a pass parked on the street for 2 days which left us without a spot and was an issue that did not get resolved. We did park in front of the house that does not actually have any lines & we were concerned of getting towed. Only reason I left a 4 star instead of a 5.
Perfect location in Lexington! Very near quiet shaded park which is perfect for guests with pets. House very well equipped and comfortable. We will definitely return in the future!
Unit is nicely updated and absolutely spotless. Very generous of owner to leave K-cups, cleaning supplies, and waters in the refrigerator.
Only thing I would suggest is that the 4th floor skylights have blinds installed to keep out the hot afternoon sunshine.
This was the perfect spot for a guys trip to bourbon country. Great location and walkable to restaurants in Lexington. Would definitely book again. Thanks!
Great location and space for adults visiting Lexington
Great setup for several couples visiting Lexington. Three bedrooms have their own bathroom, there is ample hang out space, and its walkable to bars and restaurants. Its a beautiful home! My only warning is that the garage is tiny - we were not comfortable parking anything other than a sedan in the garage space. Also, though it was relatively easy to find street parking, there was minimal street parking on the street the house is on; we had to walk a couple blocks.
This is a very nice property and we had a great stay! It is technically 6 bedroom but one of the rooms only has a pull-out couch and is used to access another bedroom, so it would have only been suitable for kids. Fortunately we only had 5 couples so the house was perfect and we had a great time!
This was a really nice place to stay for 5 couples as we explored the Bourbon Trail. Our host, Taylor, was really helpful as we planned our visit, recommending a local bakery and Italian restaurant. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, well-furnished and homey all at the same time. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Taylor for helping us have a memorable weekend!
The house was very clean, very well-stocked (plenty of towels, paper products, trash bags, etc.), well-appointed, in pretty (walkable/runnable) neighborhood, and worked perfectly for our group of 6 friends. It's even nicer in person than in the pictures. Easy drive to Keeneland, KY Horse Park, and distilleries, as well as to restaurants. We did not cook at house but kitchen appears to have all the essentials. The owner Taylor was very responsive to inquiries.
We really enjoyed our stay! We had family come in from other areas of Kentucky and this house was the perfect setup for everyone from age 4 to 74! Communication with the owner was exceptional and we've made a note to stay here for future trips to Lexington!
We really enjoyed our stay. We went down with a bunch of friends for my husbands birthday and had a great time. The house was clean and comfortable and the perfect location to walk to everything in Lexington. I would highly recommend!
Taylor Martin, the property manager answered all our questions promptly before and during our stay. The beautiful 4 story house was situated in a safe neighborhood. We enjoyed many walks around the Transylvania University Campus. The house’s living space extended to a pleasant yard with a gigantic shade tree. The sun room was pleasant to relax in while hearing the rain. There were many delicious restaurants near by - Jeff Ruby’s steak house . A 20 minute drive took us to Proud Mary Honky Tonk BBQ- on the bank of the Kentucky River. Casual, great food and live music (dog friendly). There were many establishments nearby for tasting and the Bourbon distilleries were about a 40 minute drive. Definitely loved our stay!
