Perfect place for EKU parents

Great home base
We loved our helpful host, Freida and her cute little place. It was so nice having that extra bedroom and to make breakfast before we left to do our errands and look at houses. Location was great and Freida was so gracious when our flight was canceled. Would stay again.

Midway Birthday
We live near South Bend Indiana and our son lives in Brevard, North Carolina. It was his birthday so we met midway in Richmond. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The weekend was a success!

Perfect for two people
The apartment was close to downtown and had easy access to good places to eat. It is not set up well for more than two people, particularly if you plan to eat in. The kitchen has very little workspace, and there are two tray tables for eating while you sit on the couch, but no table and chairs. That said, it worked very well for us and I recommend it for couples looking for a place to stay.

Host is amazing!
I've been using vacation stays for years. The host is very friendly, courteous and hospitable. Her personal text on check in day to assure we had what we needed to get checked in meant a lot. Sometimes the auto vrbo messages get wonky. Always available and quick to respond! She goes the extra mile for her guest and it shows. We will always be using her vrbo in the future for girls weekends. Great location close to many restaurants along with various bars with live music. Thank you for sharing your rental with us :)

The property was clean , and as stated . There where 3 of us that stayed At The two bedroom apartment. There is not much room for furniture as it is small so this made it uncomfortable when watching TV. It would have been nice to have TV’s in the bedrooms to help with this issue .

Convenient and Comfortable!
We stayed for one night while visiting EKU for our son's baseball game. The place was clean and conveniently located, making it easy to get around. The host was very responsive. We were worried about noise but we never heard a peep from anyone! Overall, it was a comfortable stay that met our needs.

My husband, teenage daughter and I stayed 3 nights for an EKU and University of the Cumberlands visit. The apartment is nice, clean and basically what we needed. Much better than the 3 of us in one hotel room. There is no table to use for meals or games, but there are a couple of TV tables to use
