Parents weekend for UK
We had a very nice stay for parents weekend and it accommodated our family very well. The only complaint was the noise level above one of the master bedrooms, mostly in the nighttime hours. The noise kept us up quite a bit throughout the night. It was clean and convenient to get back and forth to and from the campus!

Great decor and easy location
We had a wonderful girls weekend here. The decor, amenities, and communication with the host was terrific. There was noise from the tenants upstairs late one night and early one morning. It didn’t ruin our stay but if you are a very light sleeper be aware. The bed in the back bedroom was too soft for me and had a gully down the middle. My friend was very comfortable in the front bedroom.

We had a nice time here. The place was very clean. Beds were comfortable and towels were soft & large! Kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook several meals in the home easily. I loved the decor and the stay.

This is a beautiful older home! Well decorated. Very clean! Love the nice quiet quaint neighborhood! Felt like you were right at home and had everything we needed for the trip! The owner is awesome! Great communication! Was especially amazing when my rental had a flat tire and let us stay after check out till flat could be fixed-soooo appreciate that! Location close to a lot places! We were there visiting UK for a college visit for my daughter and great location to the university! Would definitely stay again! Appreciate everything!

My daughter, my sister and myself
My daughter from Knoxville, my sister from Seattle and myself, from New Hampshire met up for Rolex Event at Kentucky Horse Park. Epic win as USA had not won in 15 years, this year was won by west coast woman rider! Staying at Meadowthorpe apartment was an extra highlight to our reunion gathering. The apartment was lovely with all the amenities that we needed as well as very comfortable.

Really charming, clean and comfy!
Stayed for three nights while visiting Keeneland and a UK football game. Both places along with downtown were 10 minutes away. The home was charming with a chic retro vibe. Lots of attention to detail and little extras to make us feel like special guests. Great communication with Cathy. Liked the fully stocked coffee station and many bathroom amenities. Neat as a pin, great towels and bedding. There are long term renters upstairs and I did hear footsteps during the stay. I had read about that in a review and not a big issue for me. Sound machine bedside and easy usb connection on lamp in bedroom was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Lots of attention to detail at property. We had a great stay! Property manager, Evolve, wasn’t great at communicating . Changed our reservation when I simply asked if a change was possible - no confirmation follow-up before they changed the date - they even did it on the day of our original trip plan. Luckily we were able to keep our original plans.

ALMOST PERFECT
I met my mother for the weekend. I live in Nashville and she lives in Rising Sun. We absolutely loved the retro kitchen and other decor. The ONLY complaint I have is the upstairs renter wakes up early on Saturday....or he did my Saturday. The scraping of his chair on the floor and his loud booted footsteps woke me up over the noise of my box fan that I brought. I am a light sleeper; I slept in the room with the king size bed. My mother was in the other room and she said she didn't hear anything. Above and beyond on the cleaning!! Thank you.
