Cozy house that makes you feel right at home. The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood with lots of sidewalks to walk. There's a near by park, 8 minutes walking, no traffic or noice. You have a beautiful open-concept kitchen, perfect for hosting, with a layout that connects the dining room and living room. The dinning room offers seating for 6 people, with a wine cooler and a coffee bar. The living room offers a 8K 62" TV perfect for movie night or watching sports, a gas fireplace and comfy sofas to relax. The backyard is fenced, making it safe for children to play, you have a large outdoor patio with a gas grill, out door bench for eating and wood fire pit with chairs to enjoyed seating around the fire. Kentucky getaway
We wanted an alternative to a hotel and this home suited our needs perfectly. Well located for going to Keenland for a day, the Bourbon trail and the Red River Gorge. Very comfortable and would recommend this to others

Great house for a fun football weekend
We traveled to Lexington for a college football game and it was our first time in the city. The house is a short drive to campus and the restaurants where we wanted to eat and provided a quiet and cozy place for our down time. The host was communicative and friendly.

UK Family Weekend
An easy, clean, quiet stay. We had everything we needed. We often took an Uber to campus, to the game and to an evening out for dinner and drinks. Thank you for a last minute reservation to gather our family together in Lexington.

This stay was perfect for us. The home is lovely and clean. We used the grill in the back to make burgers and it worked wonderfully. We would stay here again if we were back in Lexington

Highly Recommend!
Our family came into town for the Lexington Junior League Charity Horse show. The house was perfect for us. Very clean, quiet neighborhood, very comfortable. Loved the motion lights on the garage for the evenings we came home late. Our daughter attends college at UK and she invited some friends over for dinner. They loved it and the cute patio was put to good use! One of the girls wants to book your place for parents weekend! Thank you for the hospitality!

Beautifully decorated and clean home. Plenty of room for two couples to have their own space and had everything we needed except a hair dryer. May have been there but we could not locate. Highly recommend!
