Perfect cozy get away

Our family stayed here for the weekend to visit our daughter at University of Kentucky and celebrate her birthday. It is our home away from home.

Great overnight stay!

Even with hurricane remnants the owners did everything they could to make the stay perfect. Loved the DVDs and all the little subtle additions that made the stay even more cozy.

Perfect place near University of Kentucky

We loved how clean and beautiful it was. The hosts are wonderful too! We played checkers and watched a movie. We plan to stay again when we visit our daughter at UK.

Oasis in Northern Kentucky

We had a great relaxing girls weekend!!! Loved leaving our responsibilities at home to get away to have fun & relax with friends!!! The pool was refreshing! The area was inviting! Loved the view also!!!

Peaceful stay

Great stay overnight. Included extra towel which was nice along with fresh farm eggs and muffins. Girls loved the cocoa in the morning! Definitely 5 stars. Great neighborhood

Quiet, clean, and great location!

We had a relaxing stay here when visiting the beautiful Georgetown/Lexington area this weekend. The location was perfect for our needs and easy to find. Everything was as described -- clean, cozy, comfortable, and filled with all the necessities (and a few extras, as well). We appreciated all the special, welcoming touches that allowed us to feel like we could make a "home away from home" without being in the way. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Cozy Little Place

The place is well furnished and definitely feels larger than the stated square footage. I highly recommend it, especially if you want to visit Georgetown, Frankfort, or Lexington and have somewhere quiet to rest.

Sister road trip

My sister and I were looking for a place to stay that would be a reasonable drive to the Ark Encounter. This location was perfect. The hostess was very nice. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect cozy getaway

This rental was so spacious and cozy! I loved the surrounding farmland and their beautiful property. Very easy to get to had everything I needed for a great stay! I will definitely be back!

Beautiful Property and Wonderful Host

We loved staying at this property! We have 3 kids ranging from 3-12 and the stay was super kid friendly. The beds were comfy and it was very quiet! The sunsets and sunrises were beautiful and the eggs/milk provided were such a sweet touch. 💚

nice bacement appartment in a family home in the country

This is place has a large living space and a large bed room. The hoste is easy to reach and helpful. The only down side is for any one short in stature or any walking issues the only way from the drive way to the unit is steap and a bit narrow well maintained brick path. The bed , tub and table are high . We always travel with a stool so it was manageable .
