My best friend and I stayed here on a girl’s weekend!! We would definitely stay here again! We felt safe and everything you need is within walking distance or a short Uber ride away!! Great communication and very cozy! Highly recommend! Oh and free underground parking on the weekends!

Place was super clean, and the view from the bedroom was great! I loved laying in bed and looking at the city lights. Location was wonderful. Perfectly located between the college (walkable) and the fun places downtown. Would stay again if I return to the city!

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was lovely and clean. The location was fantastic, we were able to walk to dinner each night. I thought parking might be a hassle but it wasn’t at all; I was able to park on the street close to the building during my stay. And Lexington is full of really friendly people! I’d definitely stay here again.

UK Homecoming Stay
My wife and I stayed there for 3 nights over UKs Homecoming weekend. The unit is very nice, feels brand new. It is very conveniently located within walking distance of all downtown restaurants, bars, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful location
The location was wonderful, decor fine, kitchen appliances great (perfect ice!) There were enough dishes. The towels weren't great, and there was only one in the kitchen, but there was a washer and dryer if you wanted them. The cleanliness was okay, but there were dirty socks on the bathroom floor & a balled up wad of paper on the living room that seemed wrong. The only REAL gripe we had was that the curtains wouldn't close. For people used to sleeping in the dark, being accompanied by the admittedly beautiful lights of downtown Lexington was hard. Oh, and there was no comforter for the pullout bed in the living room, although there was a throw that could be used.

We'll stay again
This condo is accurately photographed and described. The bed was comfortable and the linens were soft and in good condition. Everything was clean. The sleek simplicity was relaxing. The central location was fabulous for heading in different directions around town, and I appreciated being able to walk to historic locations and fabulous restaurants. I look forward to staying here again when I'm in Lexington.

Great downtown location!
We booked LEX175 to be within walking distance to several locations downtown. The building, elevator and apartment all have security codes to enter. The apartment is great for a couple. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The parking garage is across the street. We would definitely rent again.

Beautiful…but—
I absolutely loved the views and modern chic theme. The way the windows give you the most stunning view of downtown Lexington is a moment to bask in. My ONLY issue was the cleanliness overall. The shower curtain is stained pretty thoroughly, the sheets also had stains, and the freezer drawer had a bottle a vodka left behind along with spills of some sort. The pull out couch I was going to sleep on (so that my twins could have the bed) had a lot of debris/crumbs down inside of it so I just decided to sleep with my twins instead. All of these things are SUPER easy fixes which I would IN NO WAY want this oversight of cleanliness to affect how AMAZING and POSH this apartment vibe is. I truly enjoyed my stay besides what I mentioned before. I’m very appreciative of the host and how quickly she responded to any question I had.

thriller parade
Location perfect. Just had to walk out the front door to watch the Halloween Thriller Parade. The bay of windows also had a fantastic view of Main Street. Great communication with Claire. Some Wifi problems, but a repairman was sent out quickly to fix the problem. Will stay again.

This property is in the heart of downtown and conveniently located. It's very clean and the bed was comfortable. My only caution is that this is located in a very busy area, so the noise level at night can be loud with passing sirens, loud cars/motorcycles and people partying. The public parking situation is also not ideal and can get expensive.
